How to Use: 

• Open front and rear plugs.
• Use a standard flip-cap bottle to fill through the rear opening, until gel replaces all the air in the reservoir, then close both plugs
• To dispense, put your bracelet on, open front plug, and apply pressure.  Gel from inside will squeeze out
• Press the plug closed, and wipe gel on hands
